Cancelation and refund eligibility:
If you wish to cancel your consultancy service before it has been initiated, a full refund will be provided.
Once the consultancy service has been initiated, refunds may be granted on a prorated basis, depending on the stage of completion.

Refund request process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of initiating the consultancy service.
Provide a clear explanation for your refund request and any relevant supporting documentation.
Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund disbursement:
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please allow 20 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
